Hi, I tried to reproduce the Issue with a minimal setup (QFAPI 4.0.0-beta-30+0.76.0-1.19.2, Requiem 2.0.0-beta-16, Simply Swords 1.47.0, CCA 5.0.2, Architectury 6.5.85) and my game works just fine. I could see there was a Mixin transformation error in your Log, but I don't get this. I suppose it is a incomaptibility with another Mod in your list.

Hi! I used the same mods in your minimal setup and was unable to load the game. It might be a system specific issue or something of the sort, I have no clue. Here are my log files:

I tried this setup both on the normal Minecraft launcher and on Prism launcher and got the same results if that matters at all.

Happening to me, too. Using Prism Launcher as well but other modpacks are working and I can find other mods that do work with the current set-up. Rat's Mischief also seems to cause the same crash.

However, after some searching around, I think the problem is related to QF API; I got Minecraft to launch after downgrading to 4.0.0-beta.26. Beta-29 must have made some changes that broke the mixin integration or something on certain systems.
