Title - IoT based self adaptive bulbs

I want to add a project under Internet of Things for self adaptive bulb. A BH1750 sensor and 12V bulb are integrated with the ESP32 microcontroller. The bulb adjusts its brightness based on the amount of light sensed by the sensor. There are three conditions - Bright, Dim and Off. I am a GSSOC contributor. Please assign this issue to me.
