Database could not be configured.

I'm trying to get Linkace running on my Synology NAS via Docker.
Got everything working but now I'm stuck at configuring the Database with this error:

Database could not be configured. Please check your connection details. Details: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused (SQL: SHOW FULL TABLES WHERE table_type = 'BASE TABLE')

My .env is this

And my docker-compose.yml is this

I'm assuming there's some type of connection issue, but I can't figure it out and I'm probably missing something obvious.
I've seen similar issues reported here and followed some solution steps but still can't get it working

Instead of DB_HOST=172.17.0.1 use DB_HOST=db.
Docker automatically creates hostnames for all containers in a network, so db resolves to the correct Docker container then.

I literally scratched everything and started afresh, even not using Synology's Docker and just ssh'ing into the directory and running docker-compose up -d in the simple setup docs. It all works, but when I try and complete the setup via the url, I get the same error.

I'm now at an impasse and have to give up. I've tried everything I can think of.

Thanks for response but I've given up on Linkace now.
I'm trying a different direction.

Default config for that is bind_address = 127.0.0.1 Seems that neither socket nor tcp entry can be found to connect to mariadb server. $DB_HOST has nothing to do with "hostname" entry in the docker-compose file. It's purely related to the dbserver itself.

I had to change the "Database Host" to the container name.
