It would be advantageous if we were able to save searches and filters is two separate tabs in the header. These should be available as public/private. This is a similar concept to database saved views.
For example in Guest mode the header would look like:
Links Lists Tags Badges Filters Searches
The UI of saved filters and searches could be similar to lists
