Where is the problem?

What happened?

Starting in 3.8.0.0 we added a concurrency_limit to the plugin queuing and it is not referenced in our plugin queuing reference documentation.

What did you expect to happen?

Can we update the plugin queue reference to contain the concurrency_limit from the changelog and git issue.
