Steps to reproduce:

Login
Start a new sketch
Draw 2 lines
Click the Constraint tool
Click Horizontal
Open the KCL panel
Expected: Ability to open kcl panel
Actual: Kcl panel does not open, we see an unexpected error on the page

If you are aware of this bug you can set the priority to low which will prevent it from causing a run failure.
