Orthographic View should not zoom through geometry. Only Perspective View should zoom through geometry.

• Having the option to pick between zooming and not zooming through objects is very handy. Having Orthographic view not go through objects and perspective zoom through them would line up well with a precedent set by 3DX and likely other CAD tools as well. At least for me, 90% of the time I'm making something, I do not want to zoom through it

Using modeling app right now and this appears to be the implemented already actually. Sorry about that. Not sure why I created this issue last week. Maybe something weird was going on in my model causing my project to zoom through objects in orthogonal. I doubt it though.
