Bothhand DCDC parts are obsolete and have minor issues #2371

The following parts in the Converter_DCDC library seem to be obsolete:

Converter_DCDC_Bothhand_CFUDxxxx_THT
Converter_DCDC_Bothhand_CFUSxxxxEH_THT
Converter_DCDC_Bothhand_CFUSxxxx_THT

I have not found them anywhere to buy. The manufacturer does not even mention that they exist. There are also a few issues with the silkscreen on the right side of the footprints, that's how they actually got my attention.

I might fix those for retro designs and move them into the obsolete library. I just checked and found out that there are only fiducials inside the obsolete lib. Is it not desired to keep old footprints? Then I might remove them directly?

The only datasheet I found online is this one: https://www.radiomakers.it/sites/default/files/docs/CFUS0509.pdf I can also reference it in the description.
