For #961 I'm moving around shader files without touching them. While git sees them as moved only:

The copyright step of our CI seems to think that those file changed and fails at that step. I'd rather not want to touch copyrights on a lot of existing files just to make CI happy.

A fix/way to skip this would be very much appreciated!
