It would be nice if you can edite the guide. Now i see every channel in my xstream but i only want the epg from a couple of canals.

Jellyfin does not support hiding channels in the guide as far as I know. If a live TV channel is streamable, it will show up in the guide even without EPG information. Please open a feature request with Jellyfin.
