Suggestion to change sorting type naming on tooltip

We are using for our company site mantine-react-table and are super happy with.
Team you have made very good job!

Our business people asked is it possible to change soring naming when there is no any sorting applied.

What do you think about changing tooltip value on this kind situation Sorting not applied or something like this?
