How have you performed this black magic?!

I'm also trying to make a clipboard syncing app for Android (10+), but I have no idea how to register a background listener without ADB commands, and XClipper seems to be the only app that can do it! How have you done this?
I'm guessing it's either somehow keeping the app permanently running on top, but invisibly, since the only way apps are supposed to be able to read clipboard data is if they're focused. But I'm probably wrong cause I'm dumb :P

Well, it's an Accessibility Service that does most of the work, code here. Check the modules/core-clipboard module, here you will find all the code that enables clipboard monitoring for API 29+ devices.
