In Diversion Rules When [Block] option is selected, dns queries take very long time and this causes delay while loading websites.

i think it's better to resolve this type of requests [Block Rule] to a local address like 127.0.0.1 instead of not resolving them at all.
An Example of an Adblocker DNS (resolves to 0.0.0.0) :
