Shuffle feature not working properly

Current Behavior

The shuffle feature is not working properly, When I start a song using shuffle in the playlist, the song doesn't play and keeps skipping. The same thing happens when I play a song from the search bar. The shuffle feature of the search song also has a continuous queue of playing the same song.

Expected Behavior

The playlist should play songs randomly like what happens when I press the shuffle button on Spotify. And the shuffle queue should change to a different song instead of the same queue over and over again.

Steps to reproduce

1. I opened a playlist
2. I click the shuffle button
3. And this thing happens

Hello I'm having the same issue.. i found that if I'm connected by wifi it works good but on data mobile like 4g it stops working and sometimes only works 5 minutes later
