Its not a bug. Has been removed.

As suggested from comment below, use any other alternative like F-droid (Or any other fdroid modern client like Neo-Store etc...) or use Obtanium for get updates directly from Github releases

google does this to stuff their clients and friends like spotify dont like use fdroid

I would suggest to download directly from the Official Website (https://spotube.krtirtho.dev) for now (It's the one with the fastest release availability). F-Droid is the also an official source here.

Other ones are maintained by 3rd-party thus I can't guarentee it's genuine.

Also, about the ban, it's a temporary suspension due to usage of Spotify's images. They labelled it as "Repetetive Content" policy violation. Which is also given when multiple pages of the app is same looking or the difference is minimal.
I was already working on a redesign of the app and 90% there. So, I'll update soon and Spotube should be back in the PlayStore soon
