You can open devices tab multiple times

Is there an existing issue for this? (Please read the description)

Current Behavior

If you do this, it will actually open multiple times and you need to click back arrow multiple times to close

Expected Behavior

it should check if already open and not open again

Steps to reproduce

click devices button at the top of your account name
