Describe the bug

Hi.

I created a Capquiz and deleted it, and create another one, which is still there in the course, students have attempted it.

I checked the grade book and it says the deleted quiz is in the process of being removed. I configured cron job to run every minute and have no problem with removing other activities. This warning has been there for weeks for the capquiz activity.

Another strange thing is I checked the course recycle bin and was surprised to see every day at around 7 p.m there was a capquiz deleted. I emptied the bin, but one week later I returned to see another list of deleted capquiz every day at around 7 p.m. There's only me as the teacher of this course, and I'm sure I don't delete a capquiz activity every day at 7 p.m!

When I disabled the recycle bin, I cannot even delete it, with this error: invalidrecordunknown Can't find data record in database.

I installed it on Moodle 3.11. Thank you very much for reading.
