Links to collapsed pages end up off-screen

When linking to a specific object on a page that used CollapsedDocStrings, the page gets loaded, positioned at the anchor, and then the docstrings collapse, potentially putting that anchor off-screen

For example: https://documenter.juliadocs.org/stable/lib/internals/utilities/#Documenter.Object

(depends on the size of your browser window, presumably; make your window smallish)

The correct thing to do would be to have JS that jumps again to the current anchor after the collapse
