[USERSNAP] Truncated forum thread header

• Houston, we have a problem.: Truncated forum thread header
• When hovering over the thread heade in the preview, a tooltip with the full heade appears. But there is no such tooltip on the thread page itself. Of course, you can look in breadcrumbs, but the font there is very small, which is at least uncomfortable for people with poor eyesight.
  I think it doesn't make sense to truncate the header at all, instead just make it multiline. The same goes for the thread preview by the way.
