GraphQL server doesn't close postgres connection

When GraphQL server is restarted and (apparently) has some active DB connections it doesn't close them properly. This leaves them open and when this number reaches 100 new connections can't be open. We need to make sure that after the restart\termination of the GraphQL server all the DB connections are closed.
