Include Electron build to release artifacts

Even following the provided instructions to build the Electron flavor, many issues shows up, like #209. At this momment there is a Riot issue regarding import modules too. Sounds like that the project need some further knowledge to build it properly.

As the Electron option is a supported, please make it available to download via Github Release artifacts.
