The steam deck icon should be used for the KDE plasma start menu

I've noticed that https://github.com/ublue-os/bazzite Bazzite has the steam deck icon for both gnome and kde versions. Jobian-NixOS should do the same thing as well

We should be able to find it in the official packages directly, and source it from there.

Low priority as mainly cosmetic... And maybe it shouldn't be the Steam OS logo, but an option that defaults to something else with an example setting explaining how to set it to the Steam OS one.

As for which to choose? Well, outside of Steam, we try to "just" ship normal NixOS semantics... So maybe even null meaning it will be whatever defaults it is normally.

steamdeck-kde-presets includes the wallpapers as well as Vapor and VGUI themes. We have a outdated mirror at https://github.com/Jovian-Experiments/steamdeck-kde-presets/tree/0.11 which should be updated. I packaged it in my fork as a test.

FWIW I'd be opposed to messing with Plasma defaults in our defaults. We can package the theme, but it should be the user's decision to install and enable it.

We do not really aim to fully replicate default SteamOS out of the box.

The main goal here is "whatever your preferred NixOS setup + Steam Deck UI".

But yes, we can provide stuff to enable users to do the extra integration stuff more easily, but is a low priority compared to ensuring everything gaming is on par.
