Bug Report: build image getting stuck at gpg

What happened?

command: ./build.sh --board=orangepi-5-plus suite=jammy flavor=desktop
the build gets stuck at

P: considerating defaults defined in /etc/live/build.conf  
P: Updating config tree for ubuntu/arm64 system  
gpg: keybox '/tmp/tmp.0mGQ2MGjkH/pubring.gpg' created

no timeout and nothing is being done, just stuck
