Keeping momentum when and after sliding is kinda wacky/hard. You'd have to cancel the slide and then immediately sidestep.
Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be sick if it was like how it was in Mirrors Edge: Catalyst. Where whenever you were sliding and you pressed the dash button, it forces you into a roll and after that roll ends it pretty much speeds you up.
