Occurring while installing Outline Server on Google Cloud:

seq: invalid floating point argument: ‘""’
Try 'seq --help' for more information.
date: invalid date ‘"+%Y-%m-%d@%H:%M:%S"’
bash: line 1: "": No such file or directory

Installation doesn't work
