Iris installer fails on Linux

What happened?

Ran Iris-Installer.jar (2.0.3) on Fedora Linux 35, and no profile was added to the launcher. The following was outputted in the terminal when running the .jar:

Installing 1.18.2 with fabric 0.13.3 to launcher WIN32

Could not find launcher_profiles

Perhaps the linux client has a different folder structure than the windows client, and this is causing errors with the installer .jar?

I have the same issue using this flatpak: https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.mojang.Minecraft

Flatpak puts the .minecraft directory in $HOME/.var/app/com.mojang.Minecraft/.minecraft, and I pointed the installer to that directory; it creates its iris-reserved folder and some other files in that directory, but it still errors with "Could not find launcher_profiles" and does not create a profile.

Full output:

I'm using Java 17 on the host if that matters.

I think this may be related to #7 - apparently the Install Directory setting is not honored by every part of the installer.

Confirmed this theory by symlinking the .minecraft directory to my home directory; the install works correctly using this workaround.
