Describe the bug

Other people can use slimefun machine on plots and the slimefun mod said to come here cause it was a protection plugij issue and it was not from their side.

To Reproduce

Place a machine on a plot and make someone else use it

Expected behaviour

Make that guess can't use others machine

Does the interaction restriction work for normal (Vanilla) blocks (use fag)? If yes, then basically everything is correct with PlotSquared, I think.
