What feature do you want to see added?

//br sphere has the -f flag, making blocks created by it fall. This is very useful for creating terrain as a beginner, however //br cyl is also incredibly useful - if not even more useful for flat terrains. //br cyl currently does not have the -f flag accessible, which makes it very difficult to use for creating terrain. The feature request is simple: add the -f flag to //br cyl

Are there any alternatives?

The //br height command exists, however there are some issues with it. For instance, it is very unintuitive and so far from beginner friendly. Additionally, it is quite hard to apply it to existing terrain - for instance, if you wanted to create a small map but made the distance from the playable area to the edge of terrain too small. You could start a bit further away from the terrain to not mess with anything else, and then fill in the gaps with //br sphere but this is needlessly overcomplicating it when simply having the -f flag on //br cyl would be able to easily do this.

Anything else?

Other plugins can likely fill in this gap in features, but if you don't own the server it can be very difficult to get these added.
