Addition of the firebase file with configs for the google auth to work correctly

the firebase auth i added is not setup well , so i need to fix it

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Go to Register page and click sign up with google

Expected behavior
Should redirect to the page having ur google accs .

@codewarnab can u check if the auth is correctly setup in the firebase account of official paws project like this and google is enabled as provider.

when the last pr for this issue is given no proper information is given how to setup with firebase and how and what to put in env ( env.sample also not updated ) so if you can intruct whole procedure what we have to do in our end in firebase and envs it will be sufficient and also update the env.sample
