The current behaviour is not good enough as it is far too surprising for the blur to be ignored.

#if MagickLibVersion >= 0x700
	//TODO - remove blur from params
	status = MagickResizeImage(intern->magick_wand, new_width, new_height, filter);
#else
	status = MagickResizeImage(intern->magick_wand, new_width, new_height, filter, blur);
#endif
