缺陷名称：vlc文件名显示不正常
缺陷描述：本来文件名只是一串数字，但是拖到vlc里面之后就变成乱码了
操作步骤：点击菜单栏-媒体-打开文件-添加到播放列表
预期结果：正常显示文件名，正常播放
实际结果：播放正常，但一个文件的文件名显示错误
测试环境：测试环境：qemu-system-riscv64 Memory:8G openEuler_22.03_LTS_riscv64

其他：其他样例文件并没有出现此种状况，物理机中同样存在此显示问题
