Support IDA 7.4 & Python 3 #98

With IDA 7.4, the 6.95 backwards compatibility layer is off by default. This will likely cause the plugin to break.
Additionally, IDA 7.4 can use Python 3, and it would be nice to support it as well.

Thank you, I will try to port everything to python3/IDA7.4 as soon as I can.
