trying to install hypergan and every time I feel like I am making progress and installing prereq's I keep running into this. If someone could please explain this that would be great
Windows 64x
Python 3.6
Anaconda3 on virtual environment

~~are you running hypergan by doing something like
python -m hypergan...
in command prompt?

try using powershell and just typing
hypergan...~~

the above is completely wrong
