That's the username and host. It's fairly common to have that in the shell prompt, so you can tell which computer you're running commands on. (You don't want to connect to a remote computer and then run the wrong commands!) For example, here's Bash on Linux:
My username is
sam
and my host (AKA computer name) issam-lubuntu
. Which I should probably change because I'm using kubuntu not lubuntu, but oh well.
