ANT Build Tasks aren't showing up with Plugin Installed

The ANT Build pane does not properly parse the added XML build files, and does not allow me to see the individual targets within each file. It also does not execute the tasks when the play button is hit either.

In my inspection of adding other run configurations I noticed that the "Build" step was added to the "Before launch" area for any configuration I would add, I thought this could be related. But no idea.

I was not able to run the ANT Build task through the Run configuration area either.

@phanxgames You wouldn't happen to have a demo project that you could zip up for me to test with, would you?

Tested with latest release (1.4.10) and intellij 2023.1.3 and it looks like it works fine on my machine (windows)
