First of all, thank you for your great work.

Is it ok if a commercial project host and use these flags on its own CDN?
The MIT license seems permissive enough but I wanted to double-check with you. Any limitations I should be aware of?

There should be no problems, at least in what pertains to the license. As you can see from https://choosealicense.com/licenses/mit/, the MIT license does allow commercial use of the project contents. That said, I'm not sure if there are any other limitations.
