About index.php can't load PageBuilder->handlerequest();

I download the project and run
composer install
set the config file, created db.
But still it giving me error same as above image.
What's wrong and what should I do now?

Hi, I had the same problem as you.

I ended up installing the project in the root directory and it works fine, also make sure the .htaccess file is present.
