The conference makes a distinction between different kinds of users. There are three main categories, some of which will contain sub-roles. This page serves as a guide to the different roles and the policies they interact with.

Crew

Crew is everyone that is considered part of the organization team. In earlier versions this group knew only one sort of user: 'Content Moderator'. Since 2024 sub-roles have been added to this role. 'Content Moderator' has been renamed to 'Event Organizer'

Event Organizer

Has access to all feature the previous 'Content Moderator' had.

  • Approve/deny Company applications.

  • Approve/deny Booths.
  • Approve/deny Sponsorships.
  • Invite new users.
  • Add rooms.
  • Create and publish a schedule.

Assistant Organizer

  • Approve/deny Company applications.
  • Approve/deny Presentations.
  • Approve/deny Booths.
  • Invite new users.
  • Add rooms.

Company Market Supervisor

  • Approve/deny Booths.
  • Create Booths.
  • Assign Booths.
  • Communicate with Booth owners.

Speakers Supervisor

  • Approve/deny Presentations.
  • Edit Presentation details.

PR Lead

  • Posting announcements to feed.
