Chapter 1 got a second version added, which has now broken the naming chain of chapters (I have the app name all my chapters "%CHAPTER#1000%"
To have consistency across multiple websites and to avoid issues with "half" chapters (like chapter 1.5) I just make the app download everything in sequential order and disregard any arbitrary and often inconsistent names given by uploaders/aggregators.
My main question is will my chapter download settings cause an overwrite to my existing files in this kind of scenario? and if yes how can I maintain the same consistency in naming without having this problem?
Thanks,

I just spotted this today when manually reviewing queued items for download.
This manga got a new chapter (10) which is all good. hdoujin also flagged an old chapter for download (2) so I went to check out the mangadex page.
