What type of enhancement is this?

Tech debt reduction

What does the enhancement do?

Remove rustpython which seems not very useful in our usecase(due to not having access to python eco system), also this will reduce our binary size

We can just remove it from default features. There are more tasks related:

  • dashboard: disable script module from OSS distribution @ZonaHex
  • docker image: remove python from base image @zyy17
