In order to upgrade or restore data from an older appliance we should have a subcommand to import
configuration and log data from another appliance.

@mariussturm All of the data that would need to be dumped is in mongodb, correct?

Everything that is configured through the web ui is stored in MongoDb. The configuration files in /etc/graylog and the log messages itself in ES are also interesting.
