Hmm... Interesting results
But Author doesn't use GPEN with his Facelift option, he uses GFPGAN and Codeformer:

GPEN hasn't been update for almost a year
I don't think it can produce better results than GFPGAN or Codeformer can

Author of Unprompted compares his Facelift with Roop, but I think he just uses different facerestore settings (e.g. Roop has no option to change Codeformer weight) and that's why the results are slightly different
He uses Insightface for faceswapping and the result can barely be different
