Error in reactor node

This are the errors that i have when I start comfyui, torchvision is installed but is asking for some tensor and I dont know where to get it.

Also problem with onnxruntime...

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torchvision.transforms.functional_tensor'

Cannot import D:\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-IP_LAP module for custom nodes: No module named 'torchvision.transforms.functional_tensor'
