Cant open bootloader

Hi,

Uploaded via edl mode with test point but my BL is still locked, phone is Redmi 6 Pro.
Flashed with QFIL, because this has EDL verify ignore patch.
Update I downloaded my original devinfo partition, its look like unlocked, but not, anyu suggestion?
