Issues handling spaces in CA-NAME

Seems to be issues handling CA-NAME with spaces included. The graves accent nor quotations resolve the issue

I figured out a workaround. Open the file in Visual Studio, hardcode the arguments and compile. CA = "The CA With Spaces"

Annoying but it's what I had to do! When I have some time I will make a PR with a fix
