beans_post_header issue

Currently we all know we can move any block using beans_modify_action_hook() function. But if I put the below code snippet
beans_modify_action_hook( 'beans_post_header', 'beans_post_body_wrap_before_markup' )

Actually it doesn't work. Then I found this forum post

According to the forum currently it is not possible. I think we need this feature in the near future release of "Beans"
