Audiomanager bluetooth/ble headset not work properly only output sound work sometimes. Input sound comes from buildin phone microphone. #220

audioDeviceChangeListener doesntwork while connect/disconnect bluetooth earpices.

Steps to reproduce:

Start a call
Connect Bluetooth Headset

Expected behavior is switch automticly sound in and out to Bluetooth Headset (BLE)
