Better documentation needed for running / using the scrapper

I have tried many things and I cannot get the scrapper to run any chance of some slightly improved documentation

I'm sorry - I had not been paying attention to this repository for a long time. I am aware that it is broken currently - I know why and will fix it when I have time.

I believe there is still use for it because leading multi-translation bible apps (on Android at least) still don't provide access to all the translations one may need.

I know that 5 years on, your particular use case might not be relevant anymore so I am more leaving this here as a note to anyone else looking.
