Hi i just started playing Prominence MOD PACK and was messing around with the Industrial Revolution mod (fabric) in Creative, I went to a problem with the Rancher block it still breed animal normally but is doesn't kill them, i set the block to breed 15 and kill after 1 but it doesn't kill any animal at all. I also put in all of the valina minecraft sword but it still doesn't work.
Thank you for creating an incredible MOD and good luck with the MOD in the future.

In Prominence, it is likely due to claim protection from Open PAC. You need to turn off the "Protect Entities Fr. Player" option. You can get into the config by hitting the double quote key ("), going to "Player Config Menu" and then "My Player Config". The option is on the third screen.

I tested this, by the way, and it works fine... with claim protection on, it breeds but does not kill. Disable claim protection entirely or just the single option I mentioned above, it instantly kills what needs to die. I am playing Prominence II [RPG].

I had this same problem. Another possible solution is to allow killing livestock on page 8 of Open PAC settings. That seems more precise instead of generally allowing player entities to harm other entities
