Unable to delete uploaded track

Tracks uploaded using the new track button are unable to be deleted in some cases. You can delete tracks from organisms you upload, however they can not be deleted from organisms added by providing a path on the filesystem.

Steps:

1. Add yeast using "Add New Organism"
2. Upload track using "New Track"
3. Delete track using "Remove"
